Assessment(A)는 단순한 요약이 아니라,
“오늘 치료가 환자에게 어떤 의미가 있었는지”를 임상적으로 해석하는 영역입니다.
보험 심사, 차트 감사, 법적 분쟁 시 가장 중요하게 보는 파트이기도 합니다.

- 과거 시제(Past tense) 사용 ⭕
- Objective + Subjective를 근거로 해석 ⭕

- “느낌”이 아닌 “변화와 반응” 중심 ⭕
1️⃣ 전반적인 치료 반응 (Overall Response)

Patient demonstrated fair tolerance to therapeutic exercises.
